The staff team clubbed together to raise money for Children In Need by wearing their pyjamas to work–It was a very comfy experience!
As everyone is now looking forward to the World Cup, we’ve run two sweepstakes. Some people were happy with their picks and some, not so much! The winner will receive £50 and the runner-up £20–so good luck everyone!
We’re in the run-up to Christmas, so the residents’ party date is in the diary. The residents are in the process of making their own invites to send to their loved ones. At the beginning of December, the home’s volunteer, Joyce, will be putting up the tree and decorations.
Our activity timetable is still going strong with us recently making memorial stones, ‘no bake’ cakes, flower arranging and lots more activities.
