I am very proud to announce that today we received the final report of the CQC inspection that was carried out on the 25th of April 2023.
We were awarded GOOD across all five domains.
The team and I are elated with this result and it is simply down to the dedication and commitment of the staff team.
To have got through the pandemic and maintained our standards, even going from strength to strength, this validation has been a long time coming for the staff team and it is certainly a perfect boost for morale.
We have high standards across the board, and this was clear for CQC to see when they came unannounced to visit our service.
I would also like to say a huge thank you to the families, residents and healthcare professionals who were contacted by CQC and gave such wonderful feedback and comments. To read some of what was said was truly overwhelming and has made our hearts warm.
We will continue to keep up the good work, putting the home’s residents at the forefront of everything we do.
